CinSquare CINOGY’s CinSquare consists of a fixed focusing lens in front of a motorized translation stage carrying a CinCam CCD/CMOS beam profiler. To measure the beam profiles according to ISO 11146-1/2 the beam profiler is moved precisely by the translation stage along the beam caustic. To assure highest accuracy, the whole measuring process is fully automated and controlled by CINOGY´s software RayCi. To facilitate its use, the CinSquare measurements system is equipped with two alignment mirrors for exact positioning of the laser beam and a filter wheel for incremental beam attenuation. The software RayCi reports M², K, beam waist diameter, beam waist position, divergence angle, and the Rayleigh length.
