The founders of CINOGY are Mr. Dirk Wandke, Ms. Cindy Kaemling and her brother Mr. Andy Kaemling. Before the establishment of CINOGY, they worked as scientific team members and key personnel at the HAWK and the Institute for Mechatronics and Applied Photonics (IMAPH), where they acquired specialized knowledge of photonic technologies. During this time, the company founders developed the idea to start their own business which was propelled by positive feedback.
